Labs
If lab work is needed, testing can be completed through Quest Diagnostics at a location near you. Once results are available, you will have a follow-up telehealth visit to review your labs and discuss your personalized treatment plan.
Step 3
Medication Delivered
If prescribed, medications are shipped directly to your home. You begin treatment based on your provider’s recommendations.
Step 4
Follow-Up
Ongoing follow-up helps ensure your plan stays aligned with your needs. Labs may be rechecked and treatment adjusted over time based on your response and clinical goals.

Initial Men’s Hormone Evaluation

Your first step is completing initial lab testing to help evaluate hormone levels, general health markers, and safety considerations before treatment is started. Includes initial hormone lab panel, provider review of lab results, and determination of whether treatment may be appropriate.
The $50 deposit is applied toward the $175 initial evaluation.
Men’s Hormone Membership
$175/month
A simple monthly membership designed to make ongoing hormone treatment predictable and convenient. Includes all future required lab work, follow-up appointments, medication management, hormone medications shipped to your home, and ongoing monitoring.
Refills require active membership and completion of required labs and follow-up visits.
Medication Costs
Medication costs vary depending on the medication prescribed, medication type, dose, route, and pharmacy pricing. For women’s hormone care, medications are paid separately through the pharmacy. For men’s hormone membership patients, hormone medications are included as part of the active monthly membership when prescribed through the Elless treatment program.
Refill & Monitoring Policy
Hormone therapy requires routine follow-up and lab monitoring. Refills are provided only for active patients who are current with required labs, visits, and safety monitoring. Refills may be delayed or declined if required labs or follow-up appointments are overdue.

This package includes initial evaluation, baseline lab testing, and visit to review symptoms. Includes initial telehealth visit, baseline hormone lab panel, lab review, and personalized treatment discussion.
The $50 deposit is applied toward the $325 initial evaluation. Medication is not included.
Ongoing Hormone Monitoring
$225 every 3 months
Hormone therapy requires ongoing monitoring for safety. Includes follow-up telehealth visit, repeat monitoring labs, provider lab review, refill management, and adjustments.
Medication is not included and is paid separately when applicable.
